摘要
本文系统论述了党领导人民加强社会主义新农村文化建设的重要性,和如何从科学文化、思想文化、政治文化三个方面全面提高广大农村干部和农民的素质,以加快建设文明、和谐的社会主义新农村。
This paper systematically discusses the importance of CPC leadership in strengthening the construction of new socialist countryside culture. In addition, it also discusses the full improvement of quality of village staff and farmers in three aspects including the science culture, thought culture and political culture so as to completely speed the construction of a new civilized and harmonious socialist new countryside.
