摘要
将WC-15m%Co硬质合金1200℃油淬后在300~800℃回火,用x射线衍射法测定计算了硬质合金淬火及回火前后的微观应力,结果表明淬火后经500℃回火其微观应力减小最显著,这与该状态的最高抗弯强度是对应的。
After quenching at 1200℃ in oir, the WC-15m%Co cemented carbides were tempered at 300~800℃. Their mi-crostresses before/after quenching or tempering were measured and calculated by X-ray diffraction. The results showed: themicrostress of cemented carbides of tempering at 500℃ decreased mostly, tbat corresponded with the highest bendingstrength of these cemented carbides.
