摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了合金元素硅、锰对高铝锌合金性能的影响,选定了Zn-Al-Si-Mn-Cu-Mg-RE耐磨合金成分.该合金摩擦系数低,耐磨性好.用其制造的车床主轴轴瓦,使用效果良好.
The regularity of the effect of Si and Mn elements on the properties of Zn - Al alloy was researchedby the orthogonal regressive principle,and finally, the compwsition of wear-resisting alloy Zn-Al-Si-Mn-Cu-Mg-REwas choosed. This alloy have low friction coefficient and good wear - resisting.
