摘要
对藻引发活性氧(ROS)生成机制的研究结果进行综述,阐述所产生活性氧的种类、特点及其相关作用。藻(或藻液)所产生的活性氧种类主要有:过氧化氢(H2O2)、单重态氧(1O2)、超氧阴离子(O-2*)和羟自由基(.OH)等。藻细胞内活性氧的产生与清除一般处于一种动态平衡状态,藻既可以产生也可以消除这些氧化性物质。强光、较长的曝光时间、高浓度藻和Fe3+等能促使藻液产生较多的活性氧(如H2O2,.OH等)。藻产生活性氧的机制及其相关作用方面的研究正在不断深入。
The mechanisms of generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by algae are summarized. The categories, properties and relative actions of ROS are illustrated. The main kinds of reactive oxygen species generated by algae or in algae solution are hydrogen peroxide( H2O2), singlet oxygen( ^1O2), superoxide anions( O2^-*), and hydroxyl radical( ·OH). There is a homeostasis in algae cell for generation and decay of reactive oxygen species. These oxidants can be produced and scavenged by algae. Algae can be induced to generate more reactive oxygen species (e. g. H2O2, ·OH, etc) in an aqueous solution with increasing light intensity, exposure time, algae concentration or concentration of Fe^3+. Further studies on the mechanisms of reactive oxygen species and their relative actions are carried out widely.
