摘要
为研究指纹摩擦特性,设计了一新型摩擦特性测试试验台。该试验台利用气体作为润滑剂,运用有关润滑原理和气体运动方程分析其工作原理和重要部件气体静压支承装置的设计计算方法。实现了借助简单装置测量微小摩擦力的目的,为研究微小摩擦特性问题提供了方便。
This paper presents the design of an innovative test - bed device that utilizes gas as its lubricant to examine fingerprint friction characteristics. The test - bed device, with a gas - bearing component as its major element, employs the working principles of lubricant theory and gas movement equations in order to measure the tiny friction. The very simple device provides a convenient means for studying in the field of tiny friction.
