摘要
研究了5CrW2Si钢经正火+调质预处理后在不同淬火温度的显微组织,并测定了其σb、K1C和ψ等力学性能.给出了显微组织与性能的关系,从而确定了5CrW2Si钢最佳强韧性的热处理工艺.
The microstructures of 5CrW2Si steel different quenching temperapture aftet the pre-treatment process of normalization + quenching and high temperature tempering are studied, and such mechanical behaviour as σb,K1c and ψ are measured. The relation of microstructures and mechanical behaviours are given,and then the heat treatment process to obtain optimal strength and toughness of 5CrW2Si steel is determinated.
