摘要
介绍了一种铸造型芯用烘干硬化水溶性树脂砂和影响其强度性能的因素．生产应用结果表明：该树脂砂可取代油砂、合脂砂用来制造复杂砂芯，并具有烘烤温度低、烘烤时间短、发气量小、成本低，投资小等特点．
A bakeable water-soluble resin-bonded sand for molding and coring was presented,and factors influencing strength are studied. The applied result has shown that it can replace oil-bonded sand or synthetic fatty scidbonded sand to make complicated cores,and it has advantages in bake temperature and time,evoluted gas and productcost etc.
