摘要
研究了入洗原煤在不同情况时的煤炭泥化程度及对煤泥水处理系统的影响,就煤泥水在不同药剂制度下的沉降过程进行了正交试验,得出了不同浓度下的最佳絮凝剂与凝聚剂组合。在较低浓度下,低分子量的PAM与MgCl2组合可得到最佳沉降效果,在较高浓度下,高分子量的PAM与CaCl2组合可得到最佳沉降效果。
Investigated were the extent of coal slime degradation and its influence on slime-water treatment system at different conditions;orthogonal tests made on the sedimentation process of slime water under different reagent dosage,given were the optimal combination of flocculent and coagulant applied that,for relatively low pulp density,PAM and MgCl2,and for higher one,PAM and CaCl2.
