摘要
热误差是加工中心的最大误差源。通过对机床热特性的实验和分析,利用神经网络模型对热误差进行了补偿,取得比较好的效果。
Thermal error is one of the most significant error sources appeared in machining center, which will greatly affect the machining accuracy. A test and analysis are made on the thermal behavior of the machine. By using of ANN model, it establishes the relationship between the thermal displacements and temperature changes at 4 key points. A compensation is made on the nonlinear thermal errors with satisfactory results.
