摘要
研究了纳米碳酸钙和丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACR)二元增韧聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料,主要考察了丙烯酸酯橡胶以及纳米碳酸钙用量对PVC力学性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜、透射电镜对复合材料的结构进行了观察。研究表明,纳米碳酸钙与弹性体具有协同效应,在大幅度提高PVC材料缺口冲击强度的前提下,同时基本保持了其刚性。SEM对冲击试样断面的观察显示出比较典型的韧性断裂特征,TEM观察也表明,纳米碳酸钙能够在PVC基体中均匀分散。
The effect of CaCO3 nanoparticle and acrylic rubber content on the mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was studied. The result showed that the notched impact strength of the reinforced PVC increased greatly while the modulus was kept the same as the original. The evident toughness characteristics were observed by SEM. And the TEM images showed that CaCO3 nanoparticles dispersed evenly in the PVC.
