摘要
利用LiNbO3晶体作为相位调制元件,将单纵模激光器的输出光分束为两束,使其中一束通过LiNbO3晶体。通过控制电路对两束相干光的干涉光信号采样,实时反馈控制施加在LiNbO3晶体上的调制电压,实现了两束相干激光束的锁相输出,实验结果表明,锁定后的相位波动小于0.27π。
