摘要
目的提高广基型外耳道乳头状瘤手术疗效,防止复发及外耳道狭窄。方法对21例广基型外耳道乳头状瘤采用显微镜下切除合并外耳道成形加带蒂或游离皮瓣移植治疗。结果随访2年,21耳均无复发及外耳道狭窄。结论显微镜下切除合并外耳道成邢加带蒂或游离皮瓣移植治疗广基型外耳道乳头状瘤可减少复发,避免中耳损伤,防止外耳道狭窄。
Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of papilloma of external auditory canal surgery. Method Twenty-one cases were subjected to the removal of papillomas and auditory canals shaping plus pedicle skin flap or free flap transplantation under a microscope. Result Followed up for 2 years, no relapse or external auditory canal stenosis was found. Conclusion The above treatments are effective for papilloma of the external auditory canal with little relapse, infection or stenosis.
