我国双身虫亚科(Diplozoinae)吸虫的研究 被引量:10

摘要 双身虫是我国广泛分布的鱼类寄生虫,但研究不多。本文就我国双身虫亚科的主要形态特征、区系组成和地理分布作了研究和总结。作者认为,双身虫生殖腺的位置以及精巢的结构和数目;体后部肠道的结构;固着铗的结构和大小顺序是分类的主要依据。目前我国已知4属28种,其中包括一新种——福建华双身虫Sindiplozoon fujianensis sp.nov.Paradiplozoon占71.43%,Sindiplozoon占17.86%,Inustiatus占7.14%,Endiplozoon占3.87%。多数种类具较强的寄主特异性。主要的经济养殖鱼类均遭侵袭。 This paper deals with the main characteristtics of subfamily Diplozoinae so far known in China, their fauna and geographical distribution. We consider that the position of reproductive glands, the structure and the number of testis, the shape of intestine in posterior body, the shape and the sized order of four pairs of clamps are main basis for the taxonomy of Dilozoi-nae in China. According to these features Sindiplozoon ctenopharyngodoni (Ling) and 5. strelkowi (Nagibina), Inustiatus aristichthysi (Ling) and I. inustiatus (Nagibina) are different species.Up to the end of 1987s, the known Diplozoinae in China amounts to 4 genera 28 species, Sindiplozoon fujianensis being a new species among them. Paradiplozoon is 71.43% of the fauna, Sindiplozoon 17.86%, Inustiatus 7.14% Eudiplozoon 3.57%. A key to the known species of the subfamily Diplozoinae is included in this paper. Sindiplozoon fujianensis sp. nov. (fig. 6) Host: Leptobota pellegrini. Location: gill filaments. Distribution: Minjiang River (in Fujian Province).Incidence and intensity of infection. 26.7% infected, each with 2-5 specimens. Diagnosis: Body 1.875-4.375mm in lengh, the anterior part 1.000-2.750×0.425-0.775 mm. the posterior 0.875-2.000mm. Oral sucker 0.057-0.099×0.042-0.076mm. Pharynx 0.046-0.084×0.034-0.049mm. Posterior sucker 0.190-0.3000×0.190-0.310mm. Muscular cup 0.200-0.350×0.250-0.360 mm. Size in width of the four pairs of clamps: Ist: 0.0722-0.1140mm, 2nd: 0.0912-0.1406mm, 3rd: 0.0914-0.1410mm, 4th: 0.0798-0.1254 mm. The sized order of them are respectively 3rd pair, 2nd one, 4th one, and 1st one. The anterior bow of its clamp with thick veins. Handle of anchors 0.024-0.039 mm, point 0.017-0.022 mm. Intestine between the region of fusion of copulating part and the muscular cup with lateral branches. Testis is lump-ship, with fingered branches. Egg. 0.228-0.319×0.072-0.114 mm.The new species is close to Sindiplozoon diplodiscus (Nagibina, 1965) Khotenovsky, 1981 in the structure of muscular cup, but differs from the latter in the structure of their testis, the shape and the size of their clamps, and in the shape of the intestine between the region of fusion of copulating part and the muscular cup. Type specimens are kept in the Section of Zoology, Department of Biology, Hangzhou University.
