单核配合物的合成、表征及多酚氧化酶活性研究

Synthesis,characterization and catalytic activities of mononuclear complexes

摘要 合成了富含苯并咪唑配体的Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的单核配合物,并进行了元素分析、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和摩尔电导等表征.研究了以邻苯三酚为底物各配合物的多酚氧化酶活性,结果表明:4种配合物催化邻苯三酚氧化都符合米氏方程曲线,且催化活性都随pH值的升高而增加.通过电喷雾质谱证实,邻苯三酚首先被氧化成邻位醌,进一步生成红倍酚. Cu( Ⅱ ), Fe(Ⅲ ), Mn( Ⅱ ) and Ni( Ⅱ ) mononuclear complexes containing bezimidazolyl-rich ligand have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ultraviolet-visible spectra( UV-Vis. ), IR and molar conductivity. The kinetics of pyrogallol oxidation catalyzed by the complexes have been studied. It is apparent that Michaelis-Menten equation curves of different metal center complexes are fine and the activities of all complexes would increase with the increasing of pH values. Mechanism of pyrogallol oxidation has been checked up by electrospray ionization(ESI) mass spectra. Pyrogallol is first oxidized to o-quinone, then to purpurogallin.
