摘要
本文报道扫描电镜观察下日本棘隙吸虫皮式、体棘和3种感觉乳突的形态和分布。
This paper deals with the observations on the tegumental ultrastructure of Echinochas-mus japonicus Tanabe, 1926 by means of SEM.The materials obtained from artificially infected chiken were used for this work. The shell-like spines differing from those of other trematodes cover almost the whole worm surface except that of oral and ventral suckers, head collar and the inner surface of 'spoon stock' part between the two suckers. The spines arranging in screw rows are basically in the same sizes and shapes but the intervals between them gradually increase from the an terior part of the body to the posterior.Three types of sensory papillae are found on the body surface, namely, one ciliated and two non-ciliated. The ciliated sensory papillae are widely distributed on the surface of oral sucker, head collar and on the ventral surface of body. On the acetabulum 32 papillae in shape of protrussion without sensory cilia are located. In addition, there are ciliated papillae as well as non-ciliated papillae on the oral sucker. Among these three types of papillae the ciliated ones grow almost throughout the worms's skin in larger amount than the other two types. The tegumental patterns are with some variations from different parts of the body.
