摘要
针对我国房地产企业面临竞争压力不断加大的现状,将供应链管理的理论运用于房地产企业的开发项目,建立以房地产开发项目为载体的供应链模式;并以供应链模式为基础,建立以房地产开发企业为中心的项目供应链管理模式。然后对房地产项目供应链流程进行了分析,发现运用项目供应链管理,可以提高房地产项目开发的效率,优化房地产企业的价值链,增强房地产企业的核心竞争力。
At present the competition is more and more fierce for the Real Estate Enterprises in our courtry. This paper suggesets applying Supply Chain Management （SCM） to the project of real estate enterprises and sets up the mode of supply chain on the project, and then based on the mode of supply chain, we build the mode of the SCM taking the real estate enterprise as the center and discuss the operational flows of the supply chain of the project. It comes to a conclusion that using the SCM can improve the efficiency of the prject of real estate, optimize the value chain of real estate enterprises and enhance the core competence of the real estate enterprises.
