摘要
本文运用能值分析方法,通过一系列基于能值的标定土地持续利用态势的指数研究,从社会、经济、生态3方面对西安市1996—2006年农业用地中的能量流动进行定量分析和动态研究,从而阐明西安市农业用地的可持续利用情况。结果表明西安市农业用地的使用在社会可持续性及经济可持续性方面取得了初步的成效,但在生态可持续性方面却处于较低水平。具体表现为:受人力制约较大,仍未摆脱传统农业的框架;不合理的工业能投入加大了对环境的压力;畜牧业投入不够,发展缓慢。本文据此提出若干措施,以改善西安市农业用地利用情况,提高农业的整体效益。
This paper, based on energy value and a series of farmland sustainability indexes, quantitatively analyzes the energy flow of farmlands during 1996 to 2006 in Xi' an from society, economy and ecology, indicating the farmland sustainability. The farmlands are utilized and attain a social and economic sustainability, but a low ecological sustainability which is largely limited by manpower from traditional agriculture, and influences environment from unreasonable industrial investment, and leads to a low stockbreeding from insufficient investment. Some approaches are presented to meliorate farmlands to increase the economic efficiency of agriculture.
