摘要
在数控加工过程中木制品的质量很难评价和监控。田口法通过参数设计可以对木制品的质量进行监控。应用田口法分析主轴转速、背吃刀量和每齿进给量三个可控因素对表面粗糙度的影响,经过分析可以得出最优的参数组合。通过验证试验确认了田口法在木制品数控加工中应用的有效性。
It is difficult to assess and monitor the quality in the woodwork numerical control processing. Taguchi method can be adopted for the parameters optimization to monitor the quality of woodworks. Using Taguchi method to optimize the operation about the depth of cut, the spindle speed and the feed rate. Then the optimal cutting parameters can be drawn after analysis. The application of Taguchi method in woodwork numerical control processing has been validated by using a confirmation experiment.
