摘要
本研究构建了包括要素集聚速度、产业集聚质量和集聚规模收益系数三个指标的国家高新区产业集聚测度体系。通过实证分析,本研究在肯定国家高新区整体规模收益水平逐年提高的同时,也指出部分国家高新区产业集聚质量不高的现状及其成因。
The paper established measurements of industry agglomeration of High - tech Zones in China. Empirical study on the panel dada of High - tech Zones in China and the locality - city showed that there is already industry clustering in the zones with increasing output elasticity, however, the quality of industry clusters differs greatly between the zones.
