摘要
分析了浙江企业获得政府科技资助的途径、总量规模及结构分布现状;比较了浙江与国内外主要地区在政府直接资助企业研发投入上的差距,并进一步通过回归分析,考察了政府直接资助与企业资助研发支出之间的正向关系,认为当前政府资助能有效激发企业R&D投入的增加,为此呼吁当前政府应给予企业强有力的直接科技资助支持。
This paper analyzes government R＆D expenditure acquiring methods, gross scale and structure distribution of Zhejiang businesses, as well as comparing the gap on government R＆D direct expenditure to businesses between Zhejiang and main regions home and abroad. Furthermore, it reviews the positive relation between government direct expenditure and businesses R＆D input by themselves, meanwhile it points out current government R＆D expenditure can stimulate the increasing of enterprises R＆D input efficiently. Thus the government should offer more direct R＆D support in order to promote the innovation abilities of enterprises.
