脑电功率谱和双频谱指数在判断麻醉深度上的同期比较 被引量：6

摘要 脑电图(EEG)功率谱分析,包括90％的边界谱(SEF)、50％的中位频率(MPF)以及其它一些计算值如δ比率,是否为反映麻醉深度的较好指标,近年来一直存在争议。而双频谱指数(BIS)由于是包含了频率、振幅、位相三种特性的EEG定量指标,认为它可以反映EEG信号的全部信息。本实验在异氟醚(ISO)麻醉下,以及麻醉后唤醒时将功率谱和双频谱指数在判断麻醉深度上的作用进行一下同期比较。
