摘要
本文提出在GPS和常规观测测绘工程混合网的平差中，以测区平均高程作基准面的地方坐标系，建立一个新椭球的概念，来处理常规观测数据的归化问题，并推导出相应的归化公式，以简化归化计算工作。
For the adjustment of a mixed network consisting of both GPS observation and conventional observation, this paper presents a new concept of establishing a new ellipsoid to solve the reduction of conventionally observed data in a local coordinate system based on average elevation of the surveyed region. Relevant formulas for reduction have been derived to simplify the calculation.
