鲑鱼GnRH的一种类似物:(D-Arg^6,Trp^7,Leu^8,Pro^9NET)-LHRH(sGnRH—A)和多巴胺拮抗物domperidone对诱导鱼类GtH分泌和排卵具有非常高的活性。sGnRH-A和DOM同时一次注射能促使大鳞副泥鳅和鲤鱼的GtH大量迅速释放,并有效地诱导它们以及草鱼、鲢鱼、鳙鱼、鲮鱼等排卵或产卵。
The effects of LHRH-A, (D-Ala6, Pro9-NET)-LHRH, and sGnRH-A, (D-Arg6, Trp7, Leu8, Pro9-NET)-LHRH, alone and in combination with the dopamine receptor antagonists pi-mozide(PIM) or domperidone(DOM) on stimulation of gonadotropin(GtH) secretion and ovulation in Chinese cultured fish were studied. When tested in the absence of a dopamine receptor antagonist, sGnRH-A was about 10 fold more potent thas LHRH-A in stimulating GtH secretion in loach, whereas these peptides were of similar effectiveness in common carp. PIM and DOM stimulate a small but significant increase in serum GtH, and greatly potentiate the effects of LHRH-A and sGnRH-A on GtH secretion and ovulation in loach and common carp. DOM was of equal or somewhat greater potency than PIM in potentiating the actioon of LHRH-A or sGnRH-A in loach, however, DOM was at least with 5-10 fold greater effectiveness in common carp. One simultaneous set of injection of sGnRH-A and DOM has proven to be very successful to induce a high rate of ovulation and spawning within a predictable period of time with loach, common carp, grass carp, silver carp, bighead carp and mud carp. The optimal dosages of drugs that we have found to be consitently highly effectivey are: loach, DOM 1-5μg+sGnRH-A 0.01 μg/g body wt; common carp, DOM 1 mg+sGnRH-A 0.01 mg/kg body wt; grass carp, DOM 5 mg + sGnRH-A 0.01 mg/kg body wt; silver carp and bighead carp, DOM 3-5 mg+sGnRH-A 0.01 mg/kg body wt; mud carp, DOM 5 mg+ sGnRH-A 0.01 mg (or LHRH-A 0.1 mg) /kg body wt.
