摘要
护理质量评估标准的设计应从协调性、可操作性及实用性观点出发，制订护理质量评估指标及评分标准。评估组织形式可采取定性与定量相结合，自评、互评、领导评、病人评相结合，以增加评估结果的可信性。
Making the index and scale standard for assessing the nursing quality should start from coordination,feasibility and pracability.The assessing ways include the combination of nursing quality and quantity,of self and each other examination and of leadership's and patient's evaluation.So the believable degree of the assessing ways is increased,and the ways are favourable to bring into play the initiative of nurses and raise the nursing quality.
