为适应公路事业发展的需要,满足经济社会发展和公众出行的需求,公路养护管理模式要做出相应的调整,使公路养护提供更高的服务水平。
The mode of highway maintenance management should be relevantly regulated in order to suit the needs for development of highway cause and satisfy the demands for development of economic society and trip of the pubilc. Highway maintenance ought to provide a higher service level. The paper also makes an approach to mode of highway maintenance.
