摘要
一般退化数据的分析是基于建立退化轨道模型进行的,这方法对于退化轨道未知的产品可靠性评估往往效果较差。本文提出的方法不假定退化轨道模型,利用试验得到的产品退化信息获得产品在各检测时刻的可靠度,通过分布拟合获得参数的估计值进行可靠性评估。并给出实例说明了本方法的可行性和有效性。
Generally, the analysis of degradation data is performed based on building degradation path model, which often has bad evaluation results for the products with unknown degradation paths. The paper presents a method that doesn't need to build models of degradation path. It uses the product's degradation information obtained from experiment to get the product's reliability at each inspection time point, and then gets the estimate value of parameters by distribution fitting to perform reliability evaluation. An example is given to explain the feasibility and validity of this method.
