摘要
学校体育场馆向社会开放的本质是全民健身运动和教育的延伸,其目的不是简单的开放,而是促进全民健身运动的深入开展,促进群众身体素质的提高,促进社会整体和谐.要处理好开放过程中的各种矛盾,必须有效界定学校、社区、政府三者所扮演的角色.同时,应因地制宜,发挥健身资源的最大效力.
The essence of the school sports facility which opens to the society is extended to the all the people health sports and education, whose goal is not only to open, but to promot all the people health sports thorough development, promot the populace physical quality enhancement, to build a harmonious society. The opening process must be based on the role of the commtmity, the government.
