摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多因素疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未明确。越来越多的研究证实,SLE患者的细胞凋亡率增加,同时又存在对凋亡细胞的清除障碍。未被清除的凋亡物质获得免疫原性,不断攻击机体免疫系统,破坏了对自身抗原的中枢和外周耐受机制,导致SLE的发病。因此,认识到SLE是一种细胞凋亡失调的自身免疫性疾病,有助于治疗策略的调整。 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multifactorial disease and its pathogenesis and precise mechanism remain unknown. More and more evidence shows that there are increased apoptotic cells in SLE patients, and they also seem to have clearance dificiency of apoptotic cells. Apoptotic materials that can not be cleared from tissues get immunogen and be presented to the immune system, then they trigger and maintain a strong and prolonged autoimmune response, which destroy the central and peripheral tolerance mechanism, contribute to the development of SLE. The researcheson apoptotic disturbance will help help us adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
