缸内直喷汽油机SI/HCCI模式切换的实现与控制 被引量:4

摘要 利用错位双凸轮机构,在一个循环内同时切换进排气凸轮,并配合节气门和喷油策略的变化,实现了SI/HCCI燃烧模式的切换。利用耦合详细化学反应动力学机理的HCCI发动机多循环模拟模型模拟计算,优化了切换过程的喷油策略和节气门变化,将模拟优化结果应用在发动机试验中,达到了SI/HCCI快速平滑的切换效果。 By using a self-developed double-cam system, the SI/HCCI combustion mode switch is realized by simultaneously switching intake and exhaust cam in one engine cycle combined with the change of throttle and fuel injection strategies. In order to optimize the throttle response and fuel injection strategy, a HCCI engine multi-cycle model coupled with detailed chemistry kinetics code is created. Using is the simulated and optimized results, smooth and rapid SI/HCCI is realized in engine test.
