摘要
目前已有几种较常用的胶原蛋白测定方法．但仅为定性或半定量分析，结果有失精确，操作较复杂，对实验设备要求较高：笔者将羟脯氨酸法和免疫组织化学法相结合（以下简称结合法）测定正常人皮肤Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的含量，并校正相对粗略的盐析法结果，以期建立一种操作简便、精确度高、重复性好的Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白测定法。
