输卵管内留置支架术对重复性输卵管妊娠的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨输卵管内留置支架术对重复性输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法将要求保留生育功能的重复性输卵管妊娠患者73例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用输卵管内留置支架术,对照组采用输卵管端端吻合术,术后1个月月经干净3～7 d作输卵管碘油造影,了解输卵管通畅情况。结果研究组输卵管通畅率达85%,对照组为67%。结论输卵管内留置支架术和输卵管端端吻合术比较可更好的保留输卵管功能及生育功能。
