摘要
系统地介绍了当前被动控制技术中的各种方案及它们的构造情况、减震机理，并对它们的抗震性能作了评述，供今后的研究工作参考。
In the paper, all kinds of plans in passive control technique and their structures and earthquake resistance machanism are systematic introduced, then the ansi-seismic result of these plans are reviewed. These will be referred in later works.
