摘要
涡流无损检测的实质就是检测线圈上的阻抗变化,而引起线图阻抗变化的干扰因素很多,如何从噪声中提取感兴趣的信号是涡流信号提取的关键.本文从信号参量估计理论出发,确定出线圈阻抗变化的测量原理、物理实现.
Eddy current testing is to pick up the impedence changes of the coils. But there are many disturbing factors which make impedence change. It is the key to extract the intristing signal from the noises. From the theory of signal parameter estimation, this paper gives the principle and implementation of detecting the impedence changes. At last, an application is introduced.
