摘要
以社会人类学的研究方法和范式,分析中国乡土社会中法治建设的困境,并对我国法治路径进行了思考。
Social anthropology as a subject has its own unique research method and pattern. This paper tries to analyze the predicament of legal construction in the countryside of China by paying attention to the investigation and studying the research method and pattern in the countryside.
