应用PCR技术诊断新生儿隐匿型先天性弓形虫病 被引量:2

摘要 本文报告用PCR的体外基因扩增技术对116例弓形虫(TOX)抗体(IgM/IgG)检测阳性产妇的新生儿脐带血作PCR检查,结果PCR阳性29例,阳性率为25%;同时用ELISA法检测脐血中弓形虫特异性抗体IgG和IgM,阳性率分别为27.6%和16.3%,提示应用PCR技术检测脐血中弓形虫DNA结合ELISA进行筛选,可早期诊断新生儿隐匿型先天性弓形虫病,以利于及时治疗,减少或减轻隐匿型先天性弓形虫病的后发症,降低其危害。 This is a report of toxoplasmosis detection using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique of gene amplification in vitro. The result of PCR shows that 29 cases have positive reaction out of 116 samples, positive rate is 25%; at the same time, 20 cases of antibody (IgM) of these newborn infants umbilial blood have positive reation, positive rate is 17.24%. These results indicate that PCR detection of Toxoplasma gondii-DNA in umbilial blood, in combination with the ELISA method, can diagnize hidden congenital toxoplasmosis in an early stage. Early diagnosis and immediate treatment of toxoplasmosis is essential for a reduction of the delayed morbidity and the harm caused by this parasite.
