摘要
选用合理的改性剂、掺加比例与掺加工艺,制备高性能沥青,对研发的高性能沥青进行技术指标检验;对高性能沥青混合料进行一系列室内试验,包括车辙试验,劈裂强度试验,浸水马歇尔与冻融劈裂试验等。将高性能沥青的试验结果与SBS改性沥青及其混合料对比分析发现,研发的高性能沥青高温性能得到明显改善,疲劳性能与水稳定性也表现良好。
Reasonable additives, mixing proportions and mixing technology were selected to produce the superior performance asphalt. The verification of technique indexes of the developed superior performance asphalt was carried on. And a series of laboratory experi-ments were progressed, such as the test of resistance rutting, the indirect tensile test, the inundation Marshall test and freeze-thaw test and so on. Compared with the SBS modified asphalt and its mixture, a conclusion can be obtained that the high temperature per-formance of the superior performance asphalt mixture has been remarkably improved. The fatigue characteristic and water stability of the superior performance asphalt mixture work well too.
