摘要
QDII制度的推出,为境内投资者参与国际资本市场活动,在全球范围内配置资产,分散风险提供了有效、可靠的渠道;它可以引导证券项下资金有序地流出,有利于促进国际收支基本平衡。文章回顾了相关监管部门在稳步推进QDII制度方面所作的一系列工作,指出QDII业务的深入开展能有效提高运营商证券投资业务的经营管理水平,并就进一步推进境内QDII业务的发展提出建议。
The introduction of the QDII system has provided domestic investors with an effective and reliable channel to participate in global capital activities and allocate asset worldwide. The QDII system can guide funds under securities account to flow out in an orderly manner, thus promoting the basic balance in international payments. With a review on the supervisory departments＇ efforts to steadily promote the QDII system, this paper points out that the further advancement of the QDII business can effectively improve QDII operators＇ capability of securities investment. Recommendations are also offered in the paper for enhancing domestic QDII business.
