摘要
可持续性发展是球队的生命力,通过对江西省普通高校高水平排球队进行全面的调查和深入的分析研究,找出制约江西高校高水平运动队可持续性发展的主要问题,并提出相应的对策。
The authors have made a thorough and detailed imvesfigation on the pesenet stauts of the vollbyball that there are a number of problems for these sports teams.The problems include that there is less medical supervising;there is little cooperation method;there are also contradicons beween study and training for team membres;and team players have few chances for contests.
