摘要
吸附式制冷系统中现有的各种吸附器(如翅片管式吸附器、管带式吸附器及板式吸附器等)在应用过程中都存在一些缺点。我们设计了一种螺旋板式吸附器,并将其成功地应用在采用活性炭-甲醇为工质对的连续回热型吸附式制冷系统中。实验中该吸附器显示了良好的性能,可以使循环周期大大缩短。通过对建造的连续回热型吸附式制冷系统性能的测试分析,指出了原有连续回热型吸附式制冷系统的弊端,着重讨论了实现连续回热型循环的有效途径。同时。
A well designed adsorber is very important to an adsorption system.Various types of adsorbers have been used in adsorption systems,such as shell and tube adsorber,flat pipe adsorber,flat plate adsorber and plate fin adsorber.The results show that none can satisfy all requirements.So we designed a spiral plate type adsorber with more advantages and a prototype heat regenerative adsorption refrigerator was built and tested,to determine the characteristics of this adsorber and seek the best way to drive heat regenerative adsorption cycles.The testing results show the good properties of spiral plate adsorber.The feasibility of many effective ways for heat regenerative adsorption cycles are also examined.
