摘要 富氧气化是先进的中热值气化方法之一,具有设备体积小、运行稳定等优点。从富氧气化的原理出发,分析氧气浓度、气化当量比等因素对气化结果的影响,并在实验的基础上,分析讨论提高富氧气化经济性和实用性的途径,总结得到循环流化床富氧气化的最佳运行条件:氧气浓度(90±5)%,气化当量比约0. The oxygen rich air gasification is one of the best technologies to produce MHV fuel gas from biomass having the advantages of small shell size and convenient controll.With a circulating fluidized bed gasifier,some experimental results of biomass gasification with oxygen rich air have been tested in different operation conditions,such as various oxygen concentration and equivalence ratio.Based on the chemical priciples and properties of oxygen rich gasification,some economic and pratical way to improve the gasification results have been proposed and discussed.From the experimental data,it has been concluded that the biomass circulating fluidized bed gasifier with oxygen rich air would favour following operation conditions:oxygen concentration ranges from 85 to 90 percent and the equivalence ratio is about 0.15.
