摘要
结合本溪钢铁集团公司IF钢连铸板坯质量存在的问题,采用气体成分分析、定量金相分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析及大样电解分析等检测手段,对IF钢连铸板坯中气体成分以及夹杂物的数量、类型、形态、尺寸分布等进行了分析评价,进而提出相应的解决措施,为进一步提高本钢IF钢连铸板坯质量提供了理论指导依据。
According to the quality problems of continuous casting slab of IF steel existed in Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co., the gas composition, quantity, type, shape and size distribution of inclusions in the slab of IF steel were analyzed and measured by means of gas composition analysis, quantitative metallographic analysis, scanning electronic microscope analysis, energy spectrum analysis and small-sample-electrolytic analysis. Correspondingly, some improvement measures are put forward, which will provide a theoretical gist for improving the slab quality of IF steel in Benxi Steel.
