液压支柱用高精密冷拔钢管的开发

摘要 介绍了我国煤矿井支护设备及其用管的发展概况,采用冷拔工艺生产液压支柱缸筒和活柱用的高精密钢管的工艺及设备,产品的性能及质量。使用证明,高精密钢管的各项性能满足液压支柱的要求,并具有较广阔的市场前景。 Introduced in the article are the general situation of domestic development of coal mine supporting/protecting equipment and tubular products used therefor. Also described are the main aspects of manufacture of hi-precision steel tubes for coal mine-used hydraulic pillar cylinder body and piston by means of the cold-drawing process, involving the technological process, relevant equipment and performances and quality of the tubes as well. Relevant site application of the said hi-precision steel tubes has proven that they are up to all the requirements to the performances of the hydraulic pillar and that there is a big potential market for the tubes.
