摘要
在先秦法家中,管子和韩非子对道、理的说法最多。这些说法与道家和儒家的同类说法有相通之处。管子的君道论和天道公理论、韩非子的分理论和道、理、物三相结构论都很有意义。现代学者钱穆对中国道与理的论述也值得注意,但同时也有不足。
In Pre-Qin Dynasty's Legalism,Guanzi and Hanfeizi discussed most about Tao and Li.Their ideas of Tao and Li are close to Confucian ideas of them.Guanzi's statement of Tao of kings and his concepts of Heaven's Tao and Just Li,and Hanfeizi's ideas of special Li and structure of Tao-Li-Matter are all significant.In modern times,Qian Mu's study of Tao and Li,although has flaws,should not be neglected.
