五人乘坐观光脚踏车的产品设计与试验研究

摘要 研制的观光脚踏车五个座位均匀分布在圆周上,任意几人组合都可以乘骑。五个不同方向的脚踏力通过链轮传动与串联的万向轴组成的并联机构聚合到一个方向,由链传动输入到具有倒挡和变速功能的齿轮箱,再输入到后轮系驱动整车前进。变速箱与电动装置相连接,可实现人力驱动和电动的方便切换。悬挂系统的安装增加了行车平稳性。样车经过试验测试,性能良好,由于其造型新颖、趣味性强,可广泛用于旅游景区。 A touring bicycle was developed, five seats distributed equality on a circle, several person combinations at discretion can also tide the bicycle. Power from five different directions gather together to a direction by parallel connection which is combined of chain transmissions and series - wound universal axes, then imported by chain transmission to a gear case which can move backward and shift gears, at last imported to trailing wheel and drive the touting bicycle ahead. The gear case is joined with electromotion equipment, so it can switch conveniently between manpower driving and electromotion driving. Suspension system was installing on the touting car for traveling placidly. By testing it, the bicycle performs nice, as it is sculpting novelty and interesting, so can be used in travel industry sites.
