摘要
采用非均相催化氧化法处理对苯二甲酸工业废水,研究了反应时间、氧化剂投加量、废水pH和废水起始浓度对CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,以二氧化氯、次氯酸钠和双氧水作氧化剂,均可使废水的CODCr大幅度下降。采用不同的氧化剂时,废水的pH对CODCr去除率有明显的影响。在酸性条件下,用二氧化氯和次氯酸钠的CODCr去除率较高;而在中性条件下,采用双氧水的CODCr去除率较高。
The experimental study on the treatment of terephthalic acid industrial wastewater by heterogeneous catalytic oxidation has been carried on. The effects of the reaction time, dosage of oxidant, pH and initial concentrations of the wastewater on CODCr removal rate have been investigated. The results show that, using chlorine dioxide,sodium hypochlorite and H2O2 as oxidant,high rates of CODCr reduction could be achieved. When different oxidant is used ,pH obviously influences the CODCr removal rate. When chlorine dioxide or sodium hypochlorite is used as oxidant,the CODCr removal rate oxidant, the CODCr removal rate is higher under neutral is higher under acidic condition. When H2O2 is used as condition.
