摘要
文章采用社会调查的方法,分析了四川省农村卫生发展的现状与特点,阐明了其自然环境、社会经济文化与人口流动性对农村卫生发展带来的影响,揭示出卫生服务供需关系、卫生资源布局、卫生投入渠道、农村医疗保障筹资与补偿等方面的结构性矛盾,由此提出解决这些问题与矛盾的政策建议。
With the sociological survey methods, this paper analyzed the situation and characteristics of rural health service in Sichuan province, described the impacts of nature environment, society, economy, culture and immigration on development of rural health service, and revealed the constructive contradiction at aspects of relationship between supply and need on health service, distribution of health resources, health investment channel, rural medical insurance financing and reimbursement. Aimed at these issues mentioned above, the paper put forward some suggestions.
