摘要
分化抑制因子(Id)是一组对碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)转录因子活性起负调节作用的转录因子。目前发现在哺乳类动物细胞含Idl~Id44种Id因子。自1990年发现Id分子以来,有关该分子在细胞周期调控、细胞增殖、分化、死亡和肿瘤发生、发展及肿瘤性血管生成等方面的作用已进行了广泛而深入的研究。研究表明:Id蛋白在多种原发性肿瘤中均高表达,参与肿瘤的发生,为肿瘤血管生成所必需,并与肿瘤的侵袭、转移关系密切。
Id( inhibitors of DNA binding/differentiation)proteins ,which inhibit cell differentiation and promote cell proliferation, are negative regulators of basic helix -loop -helix(bHLH) type transcription factor. There are four related members of the Id family : Idl, Id2, Id3 and Id4 in mammalian ceils. Since the identification of Id proteins in 1990 ,the aspects about the roles of Id played in the regulation of cell cycle, cell proliferation , differentiation, apoptosis ,tumorigenesis and tumor angiogenesis have been widely studied. The results suggest that Id proteins are dynami- cally expressed in many primartumors ,they involved in the development of cancer and are very important in tumor angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis.
