摘要
目的:制定喉咽清含片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别土牛膝、马兰草、天名精,用薄层扫描法测定本品中主要化学成分齐墩果酸的含量。双波长反射法锯齿扫描,λs=520nm,λR=700nm,Sx=3;灵敏度:中;展开剂:环己烷-三氯甲烷-醋酸乙酯(20:5:8)。结果:本方法能准确对土牛膝、马兰草、天名精进行定性鉴别;齐墩果酸在1.008—6.048μg范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,可作为喉咽清含片的质量标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Houyanqing buccal tablet (HBT). Methods: Twotooth achyranthes root, Jerba kalmeridis and common carpesium root and leaf in HBT were identified by TLC. Oleanolic acid in HBT was also determined by TLC. Scanning with double wavelength reflectometry,λs = 520 nm, λR = 700 nm, Sx = 3 ;sensitivity was middle with developing agent of hexamethylene - trichloromethane - ethyl acetate(20 : 5 : 8). Results: Twotooth achyranthes root, Jerba kalmeridls and common carpesium root and leaf could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC. The linear range of oleanolic acid was 1. 008 - 6.048μg. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate with good reproducibility, can be used as quality standard of HBT.
