摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科宫腔内病变的临床价值。方法回顾分析116例宫腔内病变患者的手术病理诊断结果,并与术前的经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果对照。结果超声检查有异常者116例,与病理检查异常例数一致,敏感性为100%,116例宫腔内病变中,97例与病理诊断符合(83.6%)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对宫腔内妇科疾病有很高的敏感性和较高的准确性,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal sonography and doppler in the diagnosis of the intrauterine diseases. Methods 116 patients with intrauterine diseases confirmed through clinical treatment and pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the previous results of clinical findings and pathological examination with transvaginal sonography and doppler. Results in 116 patients were diagnosed as abnormality by transvaginal sonography and doppler before treatment with a sensitivity of 100%. The results of examination of 97 patients with intrauterine diseases by transvanal sonography and doppler were coincided with pathological results with a coincidence rate of 83.6%. Conclusion Transvaginal sonography and doppler is sensitive and accurate for diagnosis of intrauterine diseases,so it is valuable for clinical application.
