摘要
介绍了热辐射系数(灰度系数),它是纺织材料的重要物理性能之一,在纺织材料的鉴别、纺织产品的保暖性能等方面具有重要的作用,重点给出了SoC纺织织物灰度系数测试仪的硬软件设计方法,运用了FPGA的常用开发方法,并采用了在NIOS中挂SPI核,通过SPI总线来控制ADS7841(模数转换器),最后分析了灰度系数测试仪模型的设计与测量方法.
In this paper, we introduced the coefficient of thermal radiation (Gray coefficient), It is one of the important physical properties of the textile materials. In the identification of the textile materials , in the thermal performance of the textile products and so on, it plays an important role. Then we introduced importantly the hardware and software designing method of the SoC textile fabrics gray coefficient tester . We used the common development methodology of FPGA,and called SPI nuclear in NIOS,through the SPI bus to control ADS7841 (ADC). At last we researched the model design and the measurement method of the gray coefficient tester.
